Holy City VR incorporated is a Canadian-Israeli initiative of the Ontario based OccupiedVR and Jerusalem based Blimey. This joint venture was established in January 2018 and has since researched and developed its proprietary extended reality cross-platform solution for location-based entertainment venues. Our first XR title, “The Holy City,” won a Lumiere Award from the Advanced Imaging Society for “Best Educational VR Title” and was one of Forbes Magazines’ top 50 XR Experiences for 2019. We are focused on the deployment of 5G networking in XR, using cloud computing for the rendering and streaming of low latency content to wireless XR devices.
